My experience in the field of civil engineering covers most areas of the discipline, however, I do specialize in structural, soils, and water resources. A large portion of my career has been in local government so I am vary familiar with local codes and standards.

I typically work on smaller residential projects such as home inspections relating specifically to structural issues, renovations and structural modifications (e.g. moving load bearing walls, deck permits, garage enclosures), drainage solutions, and stormwater management (e.g. sizing culverts, cisterns, rain gardens).
